Enterprise in a Box devised by CIVA working with MyBnk is an all-inclusive social enterprise start-up toolkit, helping young people develop experience and skills in enterprise whilst engaging with an important social issue. The first two boxes created are Seedboms, highlighting the importance of wildflowers in the environment, and a Freedom CD produced by prisoners in Uganda for the African Prisons Project.

The idea is to make starting an enterprise really easy by providing everything that’s needed, plus a manual on entrepreneurship plus factsheets on the social issues. Once young people have done it, they may go on to start their own enterprise.
