Ben’s work takes three main forms, much of which is channelled through CIVA:
- Projects, where he works with leaders and their organisations to establish new, or develop existing, initiatives;
- Practice, where Ben consults to individuals and organisations, assisting them to better understand the organisational and social dynamics at play in their work; and
- Events and environments, where Ben works with organisations to design and facilitate a broad range of events as well as where he creates environments and processes to help people collaborate to solve complex problems.
